Anna is an experienced change leader with expertise in strategic planning, execution and impact evaluation across Finland and global business environments. She supports boards, management and organizations to renew people strategies and optimizing operating models to best align with strategy.
Before joining Trianna, Anna held leadership positions at companies including ICEYE, OP Financial Group, Posti, Opus Capita, Microsoft, Nokia and Accenture.
Her approach is based on a holistic understanding of an organizations´s situation and needs, working collaboratively to find the best solutions that meet the needs of both the organization and its people.
Anna holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from Henley Business School and has completed the Approved Board Member (HHJ) qualification.
